Kelantan ICT Gateway Sdn Bhd built the KelantanPay app as a commercial app. KelantanPay is provided by Kelantan ICT Gateway Sdn Bhd and is intended for use as is.

  • made payments – for the merchants/local councils/insurance/mobile topup and more (based on merchants/partners available on our platform)

    Refund Policy

    KelantanPay act as a service aggregator to merchant registered. All the payment shall transfered direct to merchant’s account and KelantanPay does not hold any transaction between users and merchant.

    KelantanPay does not entitle to any refund policy. Any issues on succeed transaction inquiries shall be address to merchant.

    We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately, after they are posted on this page.
